The Kårkulla Joint Authority follows the national quality criteria for promotion of employment and social involvement. The Kårkulla Joint Authority offers individually adapted work-oriented service and life-oriented service.
This form of service comprises the assisted work method as well as rehabilitation work. Assisted work means that users receive support and guidance on the open labour market. Rehabilitation work is a social service provided in accordance with the Finnish Social Welfare Act.
This form of service is offered to users with severe functional disabilities where the focus is on social involvement, social intercourse and stimulation.
