Kårkulla samkommun provides services to swedish speaking people with disabilities and is one of the biggest employers in Swedish Finland with approximately 1000 employees. We have approximately 100 posts in Uusimaa, Southwest Finland and Ostrobothnia in total. 

The purpose of our services is to insure care of good quality, and our aim is to be a modern and attractive workplace with good personnel policy. The joint authorities values are based on the key words comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness. These values are reflected in our personnel strategy and thereby also in the daily work.

Our biggest group of employees are social and healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, care takers, social workers, psychologists, speech therapists, instructors and so forth.
